Dr. Matt Bryant
A 2004 graduate of Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Bryant pursued a companion animal practice in eastern Tennessee for over 10 years where most of his attention was directed towards family pets. As his young household grew Dr. Bryant and his wife Cassidy desired to move closer to their families, so in the spring of 2015 they started Cleveland Animal Hospital. Dr. Bryant looks to pay tribute to a well-known facility while modernizing the location to meet the medical needs of the community's pets. Dr. Bryant's practice interests include preventive medicine, in-depth disease management and non referral surgery. During his free time, Dr. Bryant enjoys spending time with his wife Cassidy and their two daughters Madelyn and Olivia along their two dogs Lily and J.B. Dr. Bryant is also an avid motorcyclist so he is always looking for a new road to travel.
Dr. Ruffin Hutchison
Obtaining his Bachelors Degree from NC State University and a graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Veterinary Medicine.
Cassie grew up in Kings Mountain where she graduated Kings Mountain High School. She has been working with the public for over 15 years and has always had a soft spot for animals. Cassie is married and has a daughter. She also has six fur babies, 4 cats and 2 dogs. While away from work, Cassie enjoys bonfires, weekends at the lake, and spending time with her family and friends.
Cassidy N. Bryant, MPH
Online Pharmacy Technician
With a longstanding history of public service ranging from senior care to mental health improvement, Cassidy has made a primary objective of providing for those in need. To emphasize further, she obtained a Masters of Public Health with desires of employing her skills in a new and exciting ways. In her position as practice manager for Cleveland Animal Hospital, Cassidy certainly fills a vital role serving both as an administrator and a patient care coordinator. As a mother of two, Cassidy no doubt keeps a busy schedule, but in her down time she enjoys reading, cooking and being with family.
Head Veterinary Technician
Kelli is married and a mother of 2 boys. She also has 3 dogs: Punkin, Roxy and Hoss. Kelli has been in the Veterinary field with many roles since 2002. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with family.
Sydney is a Senior at Appalachian State University. She is studying Exercise Science and hopes to pursue a career in the Veterinary Field. She has always loved animals and currently has 2 dogs and 1 cat. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and hiking. We are so glad she is here during the Summers.
Emily has been in the Veterinary field for years and is excited to be apart of the CAH Team.
Abbigail is a Senior at NC State University studying Animal Science. She plans to go into the Veterinary Field. She has a passion for helping and caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. Currently, she has 4 fur babies including 2 cats and 2 dogs. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. We are so glad she is here during the Summers.
Ashlyn graduated Ashworth College with her Veterinary Assistant Certificate. She has always had a passion for caring for animals. Ashlyn currently has 3 dogs and 1 cat. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
