In light of the current public health concern COVID-19, Cleveland Animal Hospital will be adapting our social distancing policy starting this morning (March 18) by allowing only animals into the building and asking all clients to remain in their vehicles. When clients arrive, we ask that you call our client care coordinators (704-750-6285) to check in and one of our team members will be happy to meet you and discuss your pet's needs. Our team member will then escort your pet into the building where Dr. Hutchison or Dr. Bryant will attend to your pet and contact you via telephone to discuss any concerns. ALL large dogs will be escorted with a slip lead leash, and ALL small dogs and cats MUST be placed in a carrier. Our team members will then return your pet to you along with any medications necessary.
We are asking that all payment be made via telephone and electronically to aid in ease of this change. Any medication refills or pet food needs should be handled in the same manner, and we will diligent monitor our online pharmacy to approve any necessary refills.
